Count to 15 before A Admin/Moderator Posts

I may raise the number higher as we get new members, etc. etc. but for now it's 15.
It's simple really. I'm gonna use horseracer101, myself and Cerbolt as examples, cuase I know they two are good sports.
Now don't get mad when a admin/moderator posts, jsut start over abck from one.
If the admin/moderator posts something random as in the exampleabove then you must start over from one. The admins/moderatorsmay choose to count with you or they may not, their choice.
On a side note, please don't posts twice in a row, that's cheating. =D
