The background?

So today, I look at the front page, and wham! Photobucket little thingies as the background! It says bandwidth exceeded. So, was there an error when they tried to change the background to something on Photobucket? I think so because there is also that picture where the online icon should be. So, any possible reasons why? It's even on my post! I also looked at Packa's copyright topic, and I saw the picture in the quote box. Is there something wrong? Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, like in the chat box. The words are white, so I can't see a thing. It's also very annoying when trying to read a long post, in a way.
